80. Professor Jiang Linhua

Professor Jiang Linhua, a Qianjiang special expert and PhD supervisor, is President of the Overseas Chinese Science and Technology Alliance and Chief Professor at a French International Business School. He holds a master's degree from the University of Leuven and a PhD from the University of Leiden. With over ten years of experience in renowned institutions worldwide, he focuses on AI and interdisciplinary research. He has published over 200 papers, including 60 as first/corresponding author, and led more than 10 major research projects and several China-Europe academic conferences.

 

81. Jensen Huang

Jensen Huang, born on February 17, 1963, in Tainan, Taiwan, is the founder and CEO of NVIDIA and a member of the U.S. National Academy of Engineering. He graduated from Oregon State University and earned a master's in electrical engineering from Stanford. Huang, a former chip engineer at AMD and LSI Logic, founded NVIDIA in 1993. NVIDIA invented the GPU in 1999, revolutionizing computer graphics and parallel computing. In 2006, NVIDIA launched CUDA, a platform that harnesses GPUs for efficient computing across various fields, driving advancements in artificial intelligence.

 

82. Pan Yi

Pan Yi, born in May 1960 in Wujiang, Jiangsu, is a bioinformatics expert and a member of various prestigious academies, including the American Academy of Medical and Biological Engineering and the European Academy of Sciences and Arts. He holds degrees in Computer Science from Tsinghua University and the University of Pittsburgh. Pan Yi has held academic positions at Tsinghua, University of Calgary, University of Pittsburgh, University of Dayton, and Georgia State University. Since 2020, he has been the Dean and Chair Professor at Shenzhen University of Technology. His research focuses on the intersection of computer science and bioinformatics.

 

83. Xie Tao

Xie Tao, born in 1975 in Hezhou, Guangxi, is a Professor at Peking University and Director of the Department of Software Science and Engineering. He is also Deputy Director of the Key Laboratory of Highly Trusted Software Technology and holds fellowships with ACM, IEEE, AAAS, and CCF. Xie received his bachelor's degree from Fudan University, a master's from Peking University, and a Ph.D. from the University of Washington. He has held academic positions in the U.S. before joining Peking University in 2019. His research focuses on software engineering, system software, software security, and AI.


84. Zhang Daqing

Zhang Daqing, born in 1959, is a corresponding academician of the International Academy of the History of Science and Distinguished Professor at Peking University. He directs the Research Center for the History and Philosophy of Science and the Department of Medical History and Philosophy. Zhang holds a Bachelor of Medicine from Wuhan Medical College, a master's in Medical History from Harbin Medical University, and an M.D. in Medical History from Beijing Medical University. He has been a professor at Peking University since 2001 and was a visiting scholar at Yale in 2001-2002.

 

85. He You

He You, born on October 19, 1956, in Panshi City, Jilin, is an information fusion expert, Rear Admiral, and academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering. He directs the Institute of Information Fusion at Naval Aviation University and the Military Key Laboratory of Information Perception and Fusion Technology. He graduated from the Naval Engineering College in 1982, earned a master's from the Naval University of Engineering in 1988, and a PhD from Tsinghua University in 1997. Promoted to Rear Admiral in 2007, he was elected an academician in 2013, specializing in signal detection and information fusion.

 

86. Shuo-Yen Robert Li (Bob Li)

Shuo-Yen Robert Li, born in 1949 in Keelung, Taiwan, is an IEEE Life Fellow and Distinguished Chair Professor at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, where he directs the Li Institute of Mathematical Technology. He earned his Bachelor's in Mathematics from Taiwan University in 1970 and a Ph.D. from UC Berkeley in 1974. He has held positions at MIT, the University of Illinois at Chicago, Bell Labs, and the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Since 2014, he has been at UESTC, focusing on network coding research.


87. Laurence T. Yang

Laurence T. Yang, an expert in computer science, is an academician of the Canadian Academy of Engineering and the Canadian Institute of Engineering, and a foreign member of the European Academy of Humanities and Natural Sciences. He is the Academic Vice President of Zhengzhou University and Dean of its School of Computer and AI. Yang earned a bachelor's degree from Tsinghua University and a Ph.D. from the University of Victoria. He has held academic positions in Canada and China, with research interests in high-performance computing, embedded systems, pervasive computing, and AI.

 

88. Zhang Chengcheng

Zhang Chengcheng, from Taichung City, Taiwan, holds a Doctorate in Engineering from National Chiao Tung University (1982). He has held positions as an associate professor at Chiao Tung and National Chung Hsing Universities, professor at Tsinghua University, and professor and director at National Chung Cheng University. He has also been a visiting researcher in Japan at the University of Tokyo and Kyoto University. Currently, he is an academic lecturer at Fengjia University, honorary professor at National Chung Cheng University, and co-appointed professor at Tsinghua University.

 

89. Prof.Jie ZHU

Prof. Jie Zhu received his Ph.D. in information systems from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, where he has been a full professor in the Department of Electronic Engineering since 1999. He has been a visiting researcher at Bell Labs, a visiting professor in Germany, Korea, and Japan, and has won over ten awards, including the Shanghai Distinguished Young Teacher Award. Currently, he is the vice-director of the Signal and Systems Institute at SJTU. His research spans speech signal processing, AI, deep learning, multimedia, and telecommunications. He has led over 50 projects, supervised 30+ Ph.D. students, and published over 200 papers and 15 patents.


90. Fang Ming

Fang Ming, born in July 1973, is a professor-level senior engineer and Vice President of iFlytek Co., Ltd. He holds a Master's in Management and is a part-time professor and doctoral supervisor at the University of Science and Technology of China. He is a foreign academician of the Russian Academy of Engineering, Chief Engineer at the National Engineering Research Center for Popular Science Products, and serves in various leadership roles, including at the Anhui Radio Technology Society and the Anhui Academician Experts Association. He is also a mentor and consultant for innovation and entrepreneurship initiatives.

 

91. Zhong Ning

Ph.D. from the University of Tokyo, Professor at Mabashi University of Technology, Japan, and a key figure in Network Intelligence (WI). His research includes network intelligence, data mining, rough sets, soft computing, intelligent agent technology, and brain informatics. He is the founder and President of the Network Intelligence Society (WIC) and chairs the IEEE Intelligent Informatics Technology Committee. He also serves as an advisory member of ACM-SIGART, a board member of IEEE's International Conference on Data Mining, and the International Rough Set Society.

 

92. Zhong Yixin

Zhong Yixin, born in February 1940 in Jiangxi, is an expert in intelligence theory and technology and an academician of the Institute of Engineering and Technology for Developing Countries and the New York Academy of Sciences. He is the Dean of the Institute of Artificial Intelligence at Jinan University and a professor at Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. A graduate of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications in 1962, he later served as Vice President there and was a visiting scholar at Imperial College London. He became an academician in 2017 and Dean at Jinan University in 2019.


93. Cao Jinde

Cao Jinde, born in November 1963 in Anhui, is a renowned expert in complex networks and systems, neurodynamics, and optimization. He is a member of multiple prestigious academies, including the European Academy of Sciences, the African Academy of Sciences, and the Russian Academy of Sciences. He is a Chief Professor and doctoral supervisor at Southeast University, where he has also served as Director of the Department of Science. Cao holds degrees in applied mathematics and has conducted postdoctoral research at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He became an IEEE Fellow in 2015 and has held numerous academic leadership roles.

 

94. Wu Jiangxing

Wu Jiangxing, born on September 12, 1953, in Zhejiang, is an expert in communication and information systems and an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering. Known as the father of China's large-capacity program-controlled digital switch, he is the Director of the National Digital Switching System Engineering Technology Research Center (NDSC) and holds the rank of Major General. Wu has held various leadership roles, including President of the PLA Information Engineering University, and is currently the Director of Songshan Laboratory. His research focuses on information technology and network security.
