Introduction to Dr. Liu Dequan
Dr. Liu Dequan is a foreign academician of the Engineering Academy of Ukraine, a national non coal mine safety production expert, a recipient of the 2022 Artificial Intelligence Excellence Achievement Award, a professor level senior engineer, a Ph.D. from the New Jersey Institute of Technology in the United States, an expert in the expert databases of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Ministry of Emergency Management, and the Ministry of Education, a Jiangsu Province Double Innovation Talent, and a Jiangsu Province 333 Engineering Talent. Reviewer for IEEE Communications Letters and other journals.
Dr. Liu Dequan has been engaged in research on electronic information, emergency industry management, and industrial technology for a long time. He has reviewed, presided over, and participated in more than 20 national major projects, Ministry of Education, and enterprise projects. The total R&D funding for the vertical and horizontal projects he has presided over exceeds 20 million yuan, and has obtained patents, software copyrights, and published dozens of academic papers.
The selection of NAAI senior researchers is based on the long-term contributions and influence of scholars in the field of artificial intelligence.
