Ph.D. in Economics, Stanford University | Visiting Scholar

A key founder in China’s internet interaction algorithms, streaming media, and wearable technology sectors, an outstanding digital scientist, guest professor at multiple universities, and expert consultant to international standards organizations. He is a pivotal driver of industrial informatization and the digital economy in China.

- Pioneered the AICBS interaction algorithm model for China’s telecom-grade convergent billing systems, reducing statistical response accuracy and data aggregation latency to the millisecond level, and filling the gap in China’s 10-million-level real-time billing field.

- Innovated the theoretical and application system of modern streaming media technology, constructing four core modules: data compression & codec, streaming transmission protocol, client-side playback, and interaction. Today, all internet video content distribution relies on this technical route.

- As a distinguished technological innovation expert, he led the team in developing wearable flexible screen terminals. Due to significant innovations in structural design, materials science, low power consumption, and medical AI, the product was officially granted patent protection in 2022
