Author Guidelines

Proceedings of the National Academy of Artificial Intelligence (PNAAI)

The Proceedings of the National Academy of Artificial Intelligence (PNAAI) is the internal academic publication of the National Academy of Artificial Intelligence (NAAI). The publication aims to promote frontier research, interdisciplinary collaboration, and global scholarly exchange in artificial intelligence and related fields.

Researchers, scholars, and practitioners worldwide are welcome to submit their work.

1. Scope

PNAAI publishes scholarly contributions in areas including, but not limited to:

  • Artificial Intelligence

  • Machine Learning

  • AI and Mathematics

  • Intelligent Systems

  • AI Safety and Governance

  • AI Applications and Interdisciplinary Research

2. Types of Contributions

PNAAI accepts the following types of manuscripts:

Research Articles

Original research presenting theoretical advances, experimental studies, or innovative applications in artificial intelligence.

Technical Notes

Short technical reports describing new algorithms, systems, tools, or experimental findings.

Perspectives

Scholarly viewpoints discussing emerging topics, research directions, or future trends in artificial intelligence.

Policy Analysis

Articles addressing governance, ethics, regulation, and societal implications of artificial intelligence.

Invited Articles

The editorial office may invite distinguished scholars to contribute special articles.

3. Manuscript Length

Recommended manuscript lengths are as follows:

Research Articles
4,000 – 8,000 words

Technical Notes
2,000 – 4,000 words

Perspectives / Policy Analysis
1,500 – 3,000 words

4. Manuscript Structure

Manuscripts should normally include the following elements:

  • Title

  • Author Name(s)

  • Affiliation(s)

  • Abstract

  • Keywords

  • Main Text

  • References

Authors are encouraged to include a brief author biography with institutional affiliation and research interests.

5. Citation Style

Authors may use one of the following commonly accepted citation styles:

  • APA Style

  • Chicago Style

  • IEEE Style

Consistency within the manuscript is required.

6. Review Process

PNAAI is an internal academic bulletin of the National Academy of Artificial Intelligence.

Manuscripts are typically evaluated through Editorial Review. Selected research articles may be reviewed by scholars in relevant fields when necessary.

7. Publication Frequency

PNAAI is planned to publish four to six issues annually, depending on the number and quality of submissions received.
