Announcement: Launch of NAAI International AI University Alliance — Membership Certificates to Be Issued to Participating Institutions

To foster deeper global collaboration in AI education, research, and talent development, the National Academy of Artificial Intelligence (NAAI) is pleased to announce the launch of the NAAI International AI University Alliance. Beginning in August 2025, universities worldwide are invited to submit Letters of Intent. Institutions that agree to join will be formally recognized as Alliance Members and awarded an official Membership Certificate.

1. Alliance Mission & Objectives

• Establish a global network of AI universities collaborating on foundational research, academic curriculum design, technological application, and AI governance.

• Promote shared educational resources, including open-access courseware, experimental platforms, and student-exchange mechanisms.

• Support joint talent development, such as collaborative degree programs, co-supervision, and visiting scholar initiatives.

• Advance regional AI impact, with pilot projects in smart cities, healthcare, sustainable infrastructure, and more.

2. Membership & Membership Certificates

• Universities submitting a Letter of Intent will be granted membership upon confirmation by NAAI leadership.

• Each approved member institution will receive an NAAI Membership Certificate, featuring:

• The NAAI logo and Alliance name

• The university’s official name

• Official membership date (from August 2025)

• Authorized signature and NAAI seal

• Certificates will be issued electronically as PDFs and can be printed upon request for commemorative or professional recognition.

3. Application Process & Alliance Launch Schedule

Member institutions can begin participation—such as resource sharing, collaborative projects, and networking—immediately upon receiving their Membership Certificate.
