Su Tian, PhD/postdoctoral fellow, Deputy Director of the Department of Construction Engineering at Shandong University of Technology, Master's Supervisor, and selected as Yuan Du Industrial Leading Talent. His research interests primarily lie in the field of the application of artificial intelligence in civil engineering, the synergism of microorganisms and civil engineering materials, and the recycling of construction solid waste. He has published more than forty refereed articles in Chemical Engineering Journal, ACI Structural Journal, Construction and Building Materials, ASCE-Journal of Materials in Civil Engineering and Journal of Building Engineering, etc. He presides over five government sponsored research projects and five corporate technology research and development projects. He won two provincial and ministerial science and technology awards as the first complete person, one third prize in Shandong High-level Talents Entrepreneurship Competition (Beijing Division), and one first prize in Zibo Talents Entrepreneurship Competition. In 2023, he was named a National outstanding postdoctoral fellows in innovation and entrepreneurship.
